LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Rivet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Accessories 

EXCHANGES

We are not excepting exchanges at this time. Please submit for a return and re-order the item in the size you are needing.
